Jacqueline is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and around 120 pounds, with grey hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. She lives in Hartford and is known to struggle with dementia, a condition that can leave her confused and unsure of where she is.
Because of this, there is serious concern that she may be disoriented and unable to find her way back home. Authorities have not shared where she was last seen, and very few details are known at this time.
