We specialize in TV Mounting and are committed to creating exceptional experiences in home entertainment installations, including TV Sales, Sound, and home theater experiences.

Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and skilled Home Entertainment Installation Technician to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing TV’s, home entertainment systems, and ensuring a seamless setup for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise and secure installations of TVs, soundbars, and home entertainment systems in accordance with client preferences and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments of mounting surfaces and determine the best installation methods.
• Manage cables and wires neatly and efficiently for a clean and organized setup.
o Install/move power outlets as needed and to electrical code.
• Answer phone calls from customers and provide quotes when not on installation jobs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering guidance on equipment usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in TV Mounting and home entertainment system installations preferred.
• Comfortable with Power tools and knowledge of how to drill into various mounting surfaces, including Brick, Stone, Concrete, and Tile
• Knowledge and experience in moving electrical outlets to properly conceal cords as needed.
• Experience in running low voltage wiring is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure secure and aesthetically pleasing installations.
• Hospitality first mentality by showing the ability to communicate effectively with the customer and be a welcomed guest in their home.
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges

Detroit TV Mounting is an owner-operated small business. You will work directly with the owner, and be an extension of brand. We value delivering top-notch service to our clients, and only seek those that expect to deliver 5-star service.

Location and Schedule:

We are seeking full and part-time candidates. There is currently no physical location, and all work is done in our client's home. You must be willing to travel to homes throughout the tri-county area. Scheduling can be flexible to fit your needs but also must be consistent to fit our client's needs.

55” Frame Tv in Art Mode. This was the first time we used the and it was really easy to add on and install. It also makes the Frame Tv look more like art than a Tv.
