Back from sabbatical!! I know, I know...you're thinking "Girl, would you make up your mind?? What DO you do for a living?"
When I was growing up I always thought I would find a job and do that same thing for the same company until I retired. I took pride in the thought of being loyal to a company and career and not job hopping.
Fast forward to adulting and eating your words and deciding to just do whatever the heck pays me to do what I love. Over the past 20 years I have been a landscape designer, owned my own landscaping company, owned my own floral business, interior designer, interior decorator, seasonal decorator personal shopper all while been a stay-at-home mom. A year and a half ago I started coaching track at Benedictine College and am loving every second of that! The younger me would have been disappointed in myself for making so many changes but the adult version realizes that I have spent the past 20 years moving from one passion to another. How many people are lucky enough to constantly be doing something that they love and are passionate about, getting paid to do it and sometimes in charge of their own schedule? I'm still coaching, I'm still designing and decorating everything I can but I am also back in the Landscape game!
Through it all, through all the changes, all the back and forth, I have had the BEST supporters. You all have allowed me to follow my dreams (and my mood ;) by continually supporting my ventures and I really can't thank you enough!

I will post more info as we go but this week is going to be so beautiful outside so it seemed like a great time to share the news!!
