The biggest mistake i made in my spiritual journey was avoiding the negative things in life, i used to protect my inner peace by not confronting my problems. I've definitely learned that walking calmly through the fire is how we grow and that's growth is burned into our very soul, through the fire of hardships we are reborn like a Phoenix. So walk calmly through whatever you are going through take it in and grow from it then use that newfound knowledge and strength to help others. Everyone needs to heal from somthing at times in their life so be love ❤️.
