Fun Monday fact for all you Game of Thrones enthusiasts:

Apparently the suits of armor used on Game of Thrones, made to mimic 15th century European armor, were way more ergonomic the you might think!! Ladder climbing, jumping jacks and running full speed with a sword in hand, they could do it all. Maybe we could use a lesson in 15th century ergonomics techniques!
