Crispy Spicy Potatoes. healthy diet.
“Ingredients” 8-12 yellow potatoes (preferably small and medium)
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tbsp. aleppo pepper 1/4 cup salt
1 tsp cold oil 4 tbsp olive oil
fragile salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) Chili flakes (optional)
Aioli Lime:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
*Instruct*
1. Boil a pot of water, add 1/4 cup of salt, boil the potatoes for about 20-30 minutes (use a fork to soften the potatoes). Once tender, drain and let the potatoes cool.
