This is such a great before and after! Before, with a water damaged floor, and fiberglass shower insert, cut from a plumbing repair.

With such a small space, a seamless shower was the way to go. This tile combo will never get tired, inspired by nature, is always in style.

Good design takes a village.

My client’s Jack and Jill bathroom turned out so well! Not only is it cozy, it’s got a little bit of whimsy, with the pebbled tile floor, and vintage mirrors over the vanities.

A little history to these mirrors, I bought these second hand, years ago. They once hung in our den, on either side of the fireplace. Even though I loved the shape and the finish, the size was just too much for our 8 foot ceiling. These mirrors are 42” tall, and are perfect in the new bathroom with 10’ ceilings.

The details of this study all came together in such a beautiful way. I’m so proud of this room.

Our builder told me to go by the house and see it all lit up. I’m glad I took his advice. Maybe it was the timing at dusk, maybe it was the break in the rain and having the light reflect on the concrete, but this morning was the perfect time for me to see it.

Natural stone is making its way to the Kings Lane project. The back patio has a beautiful, interesting blend of Tennessee Crab Orchard Tan, stamped concrete, and natural stone. The Crab Orchared Tan is native to Tennessee, has natural veining, which will continue to oxidize over time, making the veining darker and more prominent. A very interesting mix!

For the front stoop and stairs, we chose a Tennessee Limestone for the treads and stoop, with natural stone on the risers. A classic mix.
