I'm trying to be more intentional about capturing these blooms. I get into a rush always assuming I can grab a pic the next day or the next day or the next. Then it's too late and I have to wait sometimes an entire year for the chance to see those unique flowers again.

So here's one I meant to get so many years ago and today it's putting on quite a show, including new purple baby leaves 💜

I hope you you're getting to see some amazing blooms too! There are quite a few fall-blooming hoyas!

I have a few hoyas that copper colored baby leaves and few that are tinted red and pink, but only a couple have purple ones.

Imagine my surprise this morning!! This is Hoya parvifolia (not to be confused with H. parviflora). I can't wait to try to grow out these seeds! Parvifolia has small, fuzzy leaves, so I'm hoping the seedlings also have that trait 💚🤌
