LOOK UP! 👀 There’s storage space hiding above your head.

This weekend’s project: a full garage ceiling storage rack installation that gets boxes, seasonal items, and everything else taking up valuable floor space up and out of the way.

These overhead racks turned unused ceiling space into a ton of additional garage storage — while keeping the workbench and floor underneath completely usable.

Garage organization doesn’t always mean adding more shelves. Sometimes you just have to use the space you already have.

Another repair in the books for Green Country Repair! 🔧

This undermount sink had started separating from the countertop, and when I got underneath it, the existing support was… creative. 😂

We removed and cleaned everything, reset the sink, added proper mechanical support, resealed it and got all the plumbing reconnected and tested.

Always appreciate the opportunity to work for our neighbors around Bixby. If anyone has a home repair that’s been hanging around the to-do list, feel free to reach out!

Once it started separating from the countertop, Green Country Repair stepped in. Removed, cleaned, reset, mechanically supported, sealed, reconnected and tested. Now that’s how an undermount sink should be supported. ✅

This sink was apparently being held up by hopes, dreams, and a popsicle stick. 😳

No, seriously. That little piece of wood was part of what was supporting this undermount kitchen sink.

The homeowners called Green Country Repair after the sink began separating from the granite, and once I got underneath it, it was pretty clear that the original support system wasn’t something I was comfortable simply gluing back together.

Thankfully, it was caught before two basins full of water, dishes and a garbage disposal decided to introduce themselves to the bottom of the cabinet.

This one needed a real repair.

⚠️ A quick safety reminder from the job site.

While working in a customer’s home recently, a couple of curious little ones were excited to see what I was doing. Like most kids, they wanted to explore the tools, the parts, and everything going on around them. It reminded me how quickly an ordinary service call can become a safety concern.

As a handyman, I always do my best to keep my workspace organized and safe, but power tools, sharp hardware, heavy furniture, and small parts can be dangerous for curious hands. During any home service, the safest approach is to keep children and pets supervised and away from the work area until the job is complete.

Thank you to all of my wonderful customers who help make every visit a safe one! Looking forward to helping more Tulsa-area families with TV mounting, furniture assembly, lighting, ceiling fans, and home repairs.

Sometimes the best part of this job isn’t the furniture, it’s helping someone enjoy their home again.

Today’s project was for a wonderful elderly neighbor who wasn’t able to unpack and assemble her new recliner on her own. Less than an hour later, the boxes were gone, the chair was assembled, and she had a comfortable place to relax. Those are the kinds of jobs I enjoy the most.

One of this week’s projects was assembling this beautiful electric fireplace entertainment center for a local homeowner. It showed up in boxes with hundreds of pieces, but a few hours later it was ready to enjoy! I always enjoy seeing a project come together from a pile of parts into a finished centerpiece for someone’s home.

This week’s “Hottest Job of the Summer!” ☀️🔥

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to meet a local realtor who needed this side deck replaced before a home inspection. Knowing it was going to be one of the hottest days of the week, I got an early start and spent the day out in the Oklahoma heat making sure it was finished on time.

The old deck came out, a brand-new pressure-treated deck went in, and by the end of the day the property was ready for its next chapter. Most importantly, my client was thrilled with the finished product.

I’m incredibly grateful for every referral and every opportunity to help homeowners and local real estate professionals throughout Bixby, Tulsa, Jenks, and Broken Arrow.
