An interesting article about fibromyalgia... and incidentally I have every one of these conditions so this proves that trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression play a huge role in chronic pain. Here are just a few things I've tried in order to deal with these: massage, cupping, yoga, meditation, breath work, acupuncture, chiropractic, nerve blocks, EMDR, CBD, cannabis, brain spotting, talk therapy, water therapy, bio feedback, back surgery, vagus nerve stimulation, TENS machine, pain patches, Cleveland clinic chronic pain rehab program, bladder stimulator, and all nerve and anti-convulsant medication available in the US.
Oddly enough vagus nerve exercises have helped more than anything and they are free and simple such as humming, singing, chanting, and cold water/heat exposure.
My faith helps me to keep getting up when I get knocked down. Whatever you are facing, you got this! 🙏
