Method is an architecture firm committed to building and revitalizing communities through design We strive to create places where people belong.

Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach. As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means a high level of responsiveness and engagement from our team. We believe in the importance and significance of community and being part of something bigger than yourself. We have a passion for historic revitalization, community consciousness and involvement, responsible design, and incremental development. We recognize the huge impact that places and spaces have on people.

Infill projects can do a lot with a little. They help strengthen existing neighborhoods, make better use of land, and bring new energy to places that already have a story. That is the kind of design challenge we love.

If you’ve spent any time in our office, you’ve probably noticed the 27-foot mural stretching across our studio - it’s pretty hard to miss! What’s less obvious is the Tulsa story behind it.

This seven-panel mural was created by local artist Clean Hands as part of Project Hope, Unity, and Compassion - plywood that once boarded up a downtown business, transformed into art before finding a home with us. Proceeds from the original auction went to support the Greenwood Mainstreet District.

We believe architecture is the backdrop on which life happens, and so is art. For us, it’s a daily reminder of the role creativity can play in shaping, reflecting, and strengthening a community.

One of our favorite parts of design is the messy middle: sketches, questions, site notes, material ideas, and the small decisions that eventually shape a clear direction. Good design rarely appears all at once. It is built through thoughtful process.

Architecture is a relationship business. Before a project becomes drawings, details, or construction, it starts with trust. That is why we care about clear communication, quick responses, and making sure our clients never feel left in the dark.

Summer hours are officially coming to an end, but we’re taking a few of the good parts with us.

For our team, a little extra time this summer meant family events, time outside, travel, hobbies, and simply having space to recharge.

We care a lot about the work we do. We also believe doing good work means making room for life outside of it.
