To see Kitchen 66, Mother Road Market, and our founder Elizabeth Frame Ellison featured in Bon Appétit Magazine feels surreal in the very best way.

What started as a dream to create space for local food entrepreneurs has grown into something so much bigger than us. Moments like this belong to every merchant, maker, customer, team member, and supporter who believed in it along the way.

Deeply grateful. Deeply proud. And still very much saying… “wait, BON APPÉTIT?!”

The Mother Road's dining scene is well worth the drive.
