La Rive Condo Redo!
I had so much fun designing and executing this project. Work like this is when I am in my element. Give me the keys, let me tell you what needs to be done, and let me execute! Can you believe I’ve never met my client in person?!? We collaborated via FaceTime in all the selections.
Client gets to see it in person for the first time next week. Fingers crossed she loves it!
Also huge shout out to Rachel from . I had her come out to consult on blinds and she made it so easy. All I had to do was pick the color!

Happy New Year! Resolution: Become an Extraordinary Machine
Over the past couple years I’ve taken an interest in astrology. What I enjoy about it is that it forces you to pause, acknowledge the season, and consider what is the most productive use of your time at any given moment. Some months it’s to take action, some to reflect, others to germinate. Themes roll through with each sign and help me take steps forward toward the life I want to build. This simple report is a reflection of what I’m focusing on this month. My goal is to share one with you every month. To keep you updated on my current ponderings and to inspire you to take the next right step on your journey.
Plus I get to showcase the beautiful photos and helped me create.

Happy 39th birthday to me!!!

I have been having a lot of conversations lately about age and being a woman. The thing that keeps coming up is Jung’s theory that life begins at 40. I have one more year to close out the cycles, pay the tabs, and let go of the stories that have limited my reality until now. I’m so inspired by tales of success in midlife of individuals like Martha Stewart, Vera Wang, & Julia Child. I’m not expiring, I’m expanding. And with that expansion I get to bring all the wisdom and scar tissue of my youth to make it even more beautiful and aligned.
It snowed just for me today. ❄️

The hottest painter you know…

These days it’s hard to remember that I am a painter. I stopped making content related to my craft because my thoughts are consumed by political and humanitarian issues. This photo is a good representation of my daily routine these days. I often stop at some point during the day to lay on the floor and meditate just to get through the day. I recently saw a quote, “Observe but don’t absorb.” Friendly reminder to protect your energy, but stay informed.❤️
