Monochromatic color schemes are so pleasing to see!

Although black and white can be stark or harsh if it’s not done right, adding wood tones can really warm up a space.

Personally, I would love to see a little more texture in this space with a white brick for the fireplace face and some larger photos above the couch with more contrast.

Do you prefer stark black and white or a warmed up textured space?

I recently saw a fantastic idea for watercolor painting a wall to look like a cloud of smoke and this backsplash reminded me of just that!

Do you prefer a pattern or more free flowing style like this one?

You can create a look like this with either paint, stone or even wallpaper! *hint: you can get custom wallpaper made from literally any photo!

Woods and greens! If you’re a neutral loving person like me, adding greens is the easiest way to add color without painting colors!

Another perk is that wood and greens add texture and warmth so that your neutrals don’t look cold and boring!

Imagine having a cup of coffee or a quiet breakfast... maybe that’s just a mom dream?

Either way, this warm inviting dining area is perfect and simple in every way including the lighting 🙌🏻

Does anyone else just love neutrals?? Black, white and wood tones are my go to neutrals and I have been particularly fond of black walls lately!

I hear a lot that people don’t want to use a lot of white because they think it looks sterile and uninviting...

I’m here to tell you that all whites are not the same!! This is a perfect example of cozy white!
