At the beginning of the season I told myself I was going to catch the state record Bonnet-head. This one definitely had the potential to take it! She was well over 20 #, I could tell that she had pups and just couldn't bring myself to do it. Safely released to swim and continue to make little Bonnet-head babies lol

I knew it was gonna be a good bite with that sunrise this morning and overcast! Jared and John didn't hesitate on reeling them in. When I heard the excitement in John's voice we he caught a puffer fish, the trip was already made. Thanks again you guys!

Beautiful morning with repeat clients! Last time I was running "Susie Kate" and did nearshore chasing Bonito and sharks. I was able to put them on some very nice slot reds on the inshore today. . Had lines tight while the sun was still rising. As always, thanks for choosing H&C Services!

Lady Luck strikes again!! Missy and Miranda from Wisconsin found a couple solid over slots, some keeper flounder, and the short reds and trout. The rat reds are getting bigger every day. A few just shy of the 14" minimum. Couldn't have asked for a better morning with that westerly breeze. Excellent job and thanks again ladies for choosing H&C Services.

Sous Vide Skirt Steak and Crab Topped Flounder Surf and Turf! Marinated and started the steak at 830am, had it in the water bath for nearly 8hrs. I don't think I have ever had skirt steak so tender, practically melted in your mouth with just the perfect amount of "chew". Thank you Ms Sesti, it was an absolute pleasure cooking for your family.
