🤩🤩 Custom built …. Customized…. This home will feature an abundance of amenities!

Building a home is not for the faint of heart, but seeing the initial concept evolve into reality makes all the blood, sweat, and possibly a few tears completely worth it. 😢🥵

I am honored to be helping make this dream a reality. Many months have gone into planning and preparing for each phase of this house.

It is starting to look more like a home. I am ecstatic to see the end result and post about this clients journey of building his forever home.🔨🔧🪜⏰

It’s a new project and install day for phase 1 of this little redo. 🪜🛠️💻

This summer has been super busy for my family with golf, cheer, and getting one ready for college and moving in her own little space. 😍

I am so thankful for schedules, back to somewhat of normalcy, and seeing all of my projects and renderings coming to fruition. 🗓️

It’s the perfect time for a refresh or just diving into a complete renovation!! ⏰

I am so behind on posting, updates, and finished products. I can’t wait to see these all come to life. 😏🤓☺️

Whether you are undertaking a remodeling project, adding an extension to your home, or building a new home, these endeavors require time and effort to bring your initial vision to fruition, as first discussed during the initial meeting. ⏰
These projects are not for the faint of heart and necessitate flexibility and a willingness to compromise on certain aspects.

It gives me great pleasure to see the outcome of these projects when we have neared the end and look back at before and afters. 🤩🤩

I am ecstatic to share the final vision of this expansive remodel and expansion of this master bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet!

📣📣 Who must move beyond their comfort zones due to a lack of confidence or simple complacency?

Going bold in certain areas of your home or business can require a bit of a push and patience to make it happen! 🤩

Take this ceiling for example … the bold and eclectic pattern showcases the client’s style and the theme of the room.

Mixing metals and patterns emulates the 70/30 rule of interior design. The 70% holds the one dominant style or color. The remaining 30% incorporates a contrasting style or color scheme for a much more visually appealing space.

This powder bath showcases its charm through the expert combination of chrome and gold metals, complemented by the incorporation of marble. Ample space is not a prerequisite for creating a striking impression. 🤩

As for the master bedroom, this simple yet elegant space boasts a palette of sophisticated grey and earth tones, making it an easy space to maintain subtlety or incorporate pops of color.

I love these spaces and the simplicity of them both. ☺️

The BEST way to pull together your rooms color pallet, is custom color upholstery. 💚🩵

Loving these custom fabrics for my client.
The nail head detail makes these pieces pop, but also still gives them a traditional appearance. 🤩

📣⭐️ Are you thinking of a way to bridge the gap between a classical and contemporary design.
Picture frame moulding is the best way to do this.
This is my go to when a client needs to break up a wall or just needs something that makes a statement without using tile, wallpaper, etc.

This is a great way also to add texture and depth to your walls and room. 🤗🤩
Also, if you have a special piece of art like in this room, it is a great way to display it. 🔥😉
