When we visited Sharon at her open house, we chatted about the magic of finding that perfect home!

Home staging is a large contributing factor to the MAGIC we feel when we walk through the front door.

In fact, approximately 52% to 55% of recent home buyers report developing an intense emotional attachment to a property before or during the purchase process.

And we’re sure you’ll feel that way when you walk into this beautiful view townhome for sale in Old Town, Tacoma.

In fact what we tell everyone is just call Suz the MOMENT you have an inkling that you have a new listing coming on and you might need staging.

This way we can hold a spot for you on our calendar.

Then things may change - WE GET IT!

A listing date can sometimes be a moving target with install dates getting moved around due to contractor work not being complete, or there’s an emergency at the property - you name it, it has happened.

Because our system is so organized, we can work with you to accommodate most changes that come up.

AND we might be able to fit in a last minute stage if it just so happens to work with our schedule.

But COMMUNICATION is key - so don’t break Suanne’s heart - always give her a call and ask. 🫶🏼
