Looking for someone to help me vend Valpo's Popcorn Festival!!

Paid! ($150 or percentage of sales; whichever is higher)

I'll need help setting up, tearing down, and throughout the day.

The packet with all of the details is in the mail, but I'm imagining that we'll set up on Friday night (late), work 8-6:30 on Sat, then tear down. So I'd imagine that you'd be done no later than 8. (I could be way off honestly, so please don't hold me to these times.. lol)

January and February are R&D months over here at Billy Goat Soapworks, and we've been busy at work trying and perfecting new recipes!

We have two new soap recipes:

Goat Milk Pine Tar Soap
Goat Milk Bastille Soap

Further, we've begun experimenting with lotion.

So, Castille soap, named after the region of Spain where it originated, is THE MOST gentle soap that exists on the planet. It is 100% olive oil soap. Safe for those among us with the most sensitive skin, even new borns and the elderly. This is BGSW's take on that: it's 75% olive oil and a blend of coconut oil (for bubbles), h**p (because h**p), castor (longer lasting bubbles), and jojoba oils (skin love). Because only a small portion of this recipe is liquid at room temperature, this soap is going to take an exceptionally long amount of time to cure. I expect these to be ready in time fr the holidays (2025)! 😁🤣

Pine tar soap: I've been scared of making this soap for quite a while because of how it accelerates soap batter. It will go from liquid to "soap on a stick" in seconds. I successfully made it!!! Just look at that deep, brown color! And the smell is great. I'm curious to see how it cures. Pine tar has been used for centuries for it's anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory properties and people still to this day LOVE pine tar soap (i.e. a certain doctorate-carrying mythical being), so I thought I'd give it at shot!

Lotion...

For a long time, my thought was, "you make body butter. What's the difference? why bother with lotion?" Well, let me tell you, I'm SO glad I did! This stuff is ****ing amazing!! It contains sunflower oil, h**p oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E oil, and the other stuff that's required to make a lotion. It's SO good!! I'm still in the testing phase of this product.
