Just had an incredible visit to the Atlanta History Center and the Swan House over the weekend! 🌟 One of the highlights was a room dedicated to the history of the home's interiors, where I was blown away by how drapery has shaped the look and function of every space. The original drapery on display, still looking stunning after 100+ years, was a testament to the amazing craftsmanship of the past. As someone who loves creating window treatments, it was such a joy to see a historical nod to all the drapery makers before us. Styles may evolve, but the artistry and skill behind drapery are timeless. Feeling inspired and proud to be part of this rich tradition! ✨

In my hometown set a backdrop of plaster walls for an antique Italian carved giltwood and gesso mirror from to tell a part of her history. Contemporary art through layered with tailored upholstery from and keeps things light in a project that is five years old, and still holds. Place the timeless things, timeless does not keep track of time.
