Strawberry Mascarpone Cups 🍓

Crush graham crackers and layer with smooth mascarpone cream and diced strawberries. Repeat the graham, mascarpone, and strawberry layers until the glass is filled. Top with mascarpone cream and a whole strawberry. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Fresh homemade green tea boba milk tea with tiny chewy pearls!

Would you try making this from scratch? 🧋

100g tapioca starch, 50g dark brown sugar, 50ml hot water. Knead, roll tiny pearls, boil 15–20 min, then chill. Brew 2 cups green tea and cool. Add boba 1/4 up each glass, ice, green tea, and 1/2 cup cold milk per glass.
