All custom orders will have a Non-refundable deposit of $25,unless another deposit is discussed, due to a few customers who have not followed through and actually paid and received their completed items. I will not hold items indefinitely waiting on people to get back to me. I should not have to chase you down to get paid for work that I have completed that you asked me to make. I understand that life throws circumstances at you sometimes that need delt with first but communication is key, let me know you still want the item and give me a time frame....If I do not hear from you for 2 weeks after your item is completed then it will be put up for sale. This is my business and I cannot afford to just eat the cost of unclaimed work.
Thank You.
