Hello All,

I've been pretty depressed and shut down/ melt downy the last several weeks, so I decided to shove all my stuff over to Etsy because it's easier than trying to run the whole world

I'm not going to be making much more for a while, because I need to focus on my mental health. So if you don't see any new stuff in the shop, it's because I need to prioritize my health.

I will fill any orders that come my way as fast as I can, and please go take care of yourselves as well.

Well Wishes

Happy Thursday Everyone!

Mental health awareness is becoming a mainstream topic, but many people still have difficulties talking about their struggles.

Whether it is depression, anxiety, mood swings, grief, etc. there is more than one way to communicate your struggles. Many of us think that talking our our problems is the only way to get help, but there are other ways.

We can draw out our feelings, paint them on small or large canvases, write them in journals or scraps of paper that we burn, we can scream into pillows or the woods, walk out our frustrations, play games with favored friends and enjoy company to soothe struggles, swim away our pains, or quietly read in a nook to destress.

Not all mental health has to be spoken out loud, some of it can be done in more unconventional ways, but only you know best to try and care for yourself.

We're here with you and for you.

Well Wishes!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

September is coming to a close and we are a fan of Halloween.

Let us know in the comments - What is your favorite part of October and Halloween?

We love the fairy tales related to the thinning of the veil between the living and the dead. How those who have gone can visit us for just one night (halloween) - but not the spooky versions, just the thought of a ghoul or a ghosty getting to visit for a night.

Well Wishes!

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

We hope you have managed to start the week off with a lively step.

Let us know what a highlight of your week, or month, has been - we'd love to know what you have been up to!

Fall is starting and another year is nearing its close and before we head into October, reflect on what this year has brought into your life and also what may have gone from it. The changing of the seasons lets us take pause and reflect on the changes in our own life.

Well Wishes!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Among those with hidden disabilities, the sunflower lanyard has been adopted as an outward sign that the wearer may need extra support.

Hidden disabilities consist of a number of disabilities; none of which are outwardly visible. Sometimes extra support could include needing a quiet space, assistance with communication, assistance with mobility, and a number of other supports.

Our sunflower bookmarks are our way of supporting the disabled community to discreetly let others know that they may need help. These bookmarks do not supplant the lanyard, but are merely an addition to its presence for individuals with hidden disabilities.

If you would like one for yourself or a friend - these are currently up on our Etsy page. (HMLLOYDMERCANTILELLC)
