I closed down Petite Chef last year and we are selling the building. For any of you who have been there you know it’s an adorable spot and it is completely outfitted with everything needed for a health department approved kitchen. There is also a smaller unit at the end of the building, which is also Health department approved. Three bay sinks, grease traps, etc. Had a great little business there for years, and hoping somebody else would like to open up something similar. Pass the info if you know anybody! I would be happy to help somebody get a business similar to mine off the ground!

160 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, RI 02886. This Office property is available for sale. GREAT OWNER/ USER OR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY....4 UNIT STRIP
