A customer came to our Sacramento store because she had been experiencing issues with her machine. Upon inspection, we found the lint you see here built up underneath the needle plate. Over time, lint and debris find their way not only into the hook area of your machine, but also into different places inside that you cannot reach. It may be time to get your machine serviced by our licensed technicians before your Christmas sewing projects get started!
