That’s a wrap on our two new performance fabric collections ORO and PISTA. What a beautiful and talented crew to work with. My husband is Australian and my kids are too. It has been 4 years since we have seen our family so Brendan took our girls back to Brisbane in early June while I held down the fort in Park City, it was a stormy and lonely front and I spent my time planning and dreaming about us all being together again and what better way than to do a shoot of our new fabrics in a place we have loved so much in the past - the hinterland of Byron Bay. Thank you Tom and Emma Lane for your beautiful home , a stunning oasis surrounded by Macadamia groves. Sienna made sure everyone on the crew had a fresh picked and cracked macadamia nut as we waited for to prepare one of, if not, the best lunch experience in all memory. And the crew… beautiful our photographer, a dream of a stylist and sound bites to match with by her side. In an effort to appease the Meta gods, we hired our first video crew .imagery, Sharkey and Sofia delivered! And a special thanks to my girls who woke up at 6am to watch the sunrise over Tallow Beach, and enthusiastically helped me pack the van full of pillow inserts and reminded me of the right side of the road to drive on as we headed up the hill.
