New Out Of The Shop:
I had the honor and privilege of making this for one of our fallen heroes. A good friend asked if I could make a custom shadow box for his uncle’s medals. 🇺🇸 PFC Woodrow Weeks fought and died for his country during World War 2. He was part of the US Army 117th Infantry, 30th Division invasion force at Normandy. He died July 25, 1944 in St. Lowe, France.

Massive new project out of the shop and into the customers new house. King size bed frame with 2 matching night stands, huge 10’x4’ dining table, and a wine cabinet. All pieces were made from Ambrosia Maple. Customer bought the tree, had the lumber milled and I built the furniture.

Latest project out of the shop. Customer brought in an antique rocking chair. It had been stained, varnished and painted over the years. I stripped it, sanded it, restrained it and clear coated it. The customer was very happy with the outcome!

Customer brought me an old rusty cast iron kettle that is probably 100 years old or more. It didn’t have a handle, it was covered with dirt and had a ton of surface rust. With a wire wheel, a little elbow grease, a touch of matte spray paint and a bit of forging; I brought this piece back close to its original condition. The customer was very pleased. She wanted it as a display piece since it was part of her family history.
