I'd like to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share how this journey has grown because of your support.
My name is Syeda Mleeha Shah, founder of JAG Universal Collection, design artist, author, educator, and entrepreneur. What many people may not know is that this brand began with art.
In 2021, following the loss of my mother, I began my journey as a design artist. My mother was an artist whose creativity shaped many of my earliest memories, and returning to art became a way to honor her legacy while finding my own creative voice. Inspired by cultural patterns, craftsmanship, and timeless design traditions, I began creating works that celebrate beauty, heritage, and storytelling.
As my art practice grew, so did my vision. I began imagining how design and creativity could extend beyond the canvas and into everyday life. That vision became JAG Universal Collection.
Today, our brand offers fashion, jewelry, accessories and original artwork, all guided by the same belief: beautiful, thoughtfully designed products should be accessible to everyone. Every collection is curated from an artist's perspective, with a focus on elegance, quality, and affordability.
