We got to witness the Woodducks leaving the nesting box on our pond today. The 1st video shows two of them jumping from the box and the 2nd video is the hen taking the ducklings to the adjacent shrub wetland for cover.

Another trip to Cancun complete. Might have been our best trip yet! Tried some new things and did much of the same. Beach volleyball, sitting in our robes for pre dinner drinks on the porch (I think mine was a ladies small) days at the pool and the beach. Now back to reality!

Great time at camp’s shoot yesterday. Good people, good food and good bullsh*tting. Bruce the grouse made his appearance also! Got to be the oldest grouse in PA!

“The “BIG L” an idea that I slowly built up while day dreaming over the past couple years.
I started in St. Augustine FL and biked 3000 miles along the southern tier route to San Diego CA which set me up to connect it to the Pacific Crest Trail. From the start of the PCT I hiked 2655 miles from the Mexican border to the Canadian border up in Washington state.
