Sooooo I love BIG art and I love cats. This is me bringing those two things together in this 51x63 inch painting called “Treasured Memories”.
I have fond memories of growing up with these two, wood carved MCM cat statues, my mom had collected. They look very similar to the cats in the painting. Whenever I see them now, they instantly transport me back to that little kid who fell in love with their design. The older I get the more I love creating memories with family and friends. I can usually tell when something very special is happening that will become cherished memory. I live for those times! I think memories are treasure and we should pursue them just like we’re going on a treasure hunt. I hope when you look at this painting it brings to mind cherished memories of your past and passion to seek out new “Treasured Memories”!
