Hooray! Canning Seaon is officially complete at the Stein house! 40 pints of potatoes completed today from the garden.

Of course, I’ll still can some soups or whatever comes up but everything from the garden has been canned that can be canned one day or year. I’ll keep track of everything I do can. I’ll have to start a list. Maybe 2025!

Didn’t even make it all the way through. Girls told me to go treat myself and take it easy and rest.

Well… no real rest for the wicked some times but trying to take it easy. This was delish though.
