For a bedroom with soaring ceilings and large windows, scale matters. For this project, we wanted to compliment the coastline view. We used a Palacheck handcrafted canopy bed made from natural materials of plantation hardwood and lampakanay rope, finished in sand. 🫧🌊

Creating this floating fireplace in this 12 South home was a bit of an architectural challenge, but the results were worth it! We designed the fireplace so it could be enjoyed from the living, sitting, and dining rooms. Instead of walls, we added drapery to keep the home feeling light, open and airy, but with the option to close off each space when wanting to feel more intimate.

When the color does all the talking…🗣️

The goal with this space was to keep the drapery tonal with the muted green walls to create just enough depth and interest, without making the room feel overly busy 🌿🍃

Some pieces are simply worth the extra effort. We sourced this sculptural marble tub in NYC for a Nashville primary bath, only to discover it wouldn’t fit through the stairwell. Our solution? Remove a portion of the ceiling and use a small crane to delicately lower it into place.

When it comes to creating your dream home, we’ll always find a way to make it happen 🫧🛁✨
