Happy Easter! I will try to post some inspiring eggs over the next few days. The cover photo is made with liquid egg whites and liquid food coloring, then cooked with the Easy Boil method. This is a color wheel made by combining primary colors. Liquid egg whites are full of air bubbles-they are made in the process of manufacturing the egg whites. You can find them in cartons at the grocery store. As the egg whites cook, the little bubbles pop and leave the indentations. Egg whites separated from an (in the shell) egg will only have a few air bubbles.
