Amazing Stages ~ LIONHEART
Lionheart provides designer-quality stages that showcases the ideal lifestyle for buyers. Our stages are customized so the best features for each space is purposefully highlighted The Result: beautiful stages and fast sales! Kristina Leone, the founder of KFM Staging & Design, started lightly decorating a new construction model for a family member in the early 2000s.
Enjoying this experience, she started her formal training in Interior Design, Interior Decorating, and home staging. Through persistence and home-made marketing material, KFM made connections with realtors, who early on knew the value that staging brought into their listings.
As staging was still in its infancy in Minnesota during that time, the growth of KFM was slow, especially for vacant staging projects. Little by little, the proceeds of one stage were parlayed into the purchasing of new inventory for the next project, and with 10 years, KFM had inventory to stage multiple houses and needed a larger warehouse space.
During that time, Kristina joined forces with Dan Coleman (who specializes in marketing, client relations, and business development) and KFM was rebranded as Lionheart Home Staging . Over the next several years, stagers, in-house movers, and administrative professionals and been added to the Lionheart Team, which have been instrumental in providing top-quality staging services in the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. All members strive for Excellence and Efficiency while Exceeding Expectations!
