ALL of our exposed wood is milled and carved by hand. Crazy? It certainly would be if we didn't have the skill and equipment to produce in bulk! 👉🏻SWIPE to see the method to our craftsmanship - meet the master carving machine!

The master carving machine utilizes a handcrafted template that is used to guide multiple drill bits on individual pieces of wood to ensure consistency in our woodworking.

Ever wonder what's beneath the leather?? This is what our 1938 Argiano Sofa looks like before and after it gets tufted!

This tuft is particularly unique because of it's square shape. Traditionally tufting is produced in a diamond shape, while the square shape is reminiscent of the Mid-Century Modern and Art Deco period in design history! Upholstered in the iconic Arbor Blue Wisteria leather, the Argiano has also become known as the "Elvis" Sofa.

It's not just furniture, and it's more than an investment. It is an admiration of skill and patience applied by few craftspeople.

Each button must be attached one at a time with a one-way slip knot to prevent them from coming loose or pulling out. Once the tuft is folded to create a diamond pattern, each button is tightened by hand to create depth.
