My wonderful husband, Bill Metz, got my dehydrators out for me so I can work on dehydrating my spices, herbs, & soup seasonings. Tomorrow night I hope to be able to jar up my:
- green onions
- green peppers
- minced yellow onion
- minced garlic
- minced celery
- mild salsa seasoning
- chives
- parsley

Next dehydrator project will be fruit & candy. Yay!!!
