A while back I posted about the new Kaleidoscope line from Bella Moulding and was wondering what I would get to use one of these awesome frames on. Turns out it was my own piece! The minute I saw this poster at the show I knew what frame was going around it. This piece is triple matted in suede matting, museum glass and stocked frames, both from Bella Moulding. 😍

Another first an International Galleries. A customer came in with a round canvas they bought in Belize and asked if we could restretch it. Some other framers helped me with locating a company who makes round stretchers and it’s beautiful. This is a 48” round painting! I like to say that even if I have never framed something before, I will figure it out!

This is the International Galleries team! From left to right: Deb, Gali, Mirielle and Zoya. Deb might be the most recognizable face at International Galleries. She’s usually the first person you see when you come into the store and has worked here for many years. She is also our Tarot card reader and very knowledgeable about crystals. She also is the one ordering all of our beloved greeting cards. Gali is the owner who purchased the store in 2024. She has been framing for 27 years and got her CPF(certified picture frame certification) last year. Mirielle is the newest part of the team. She has been building and assembling frames for a year but is still learning to take framing orders. Zoya has been framing for a number of years and is a very talented watercolor artist on her own.

We just got a refresh on our Heartwood boxes. These boxes are handmade in Illinois. Most of them are empty so you can store your own treasures, but a few we have pictured have things like a mirror or a compass or dividers for pills.
