"Iâve been a longtime customer of Hearth and Home and have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. About seven years ago, I purchased a Nordic hot tub that was fantastic. I especially like Nordic tubs because they are efficient, well-insulated, and perform exceptionally well in the North Country climate.
After recently moving to a new home, I returned to Hearth and Home for another hot tub, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Chris did a great job helping me select the unit and get my chemicals properly balanced. Phil and his installation partner showed up on time and got everything installed and running quickly and efficiently.
I also want to give a special thanks to Pat, the owner, who was extremely helpful when I decided to upgrade my electrical setup from 110V to 220V. He addressed the issue immediately and made the process easy.
Itâs refreshing to deal with a local business that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers. From sales to installation to follow-up service, the entire experience has been excellent.
I highly recommend Hearth and Home to anyone looking for a hot tub. Great products, knowledgeable people, and outstanding customer service!"
