Here’s the final product! It turned out to be 1.75” thick and 28”x15”. I’m super proud of this board and absolutely love the way it turned out.

This is what the board looked like after flattening. It took a lot of sanding to get the router lines out but the belt sander did work quicker then my Festool.

I had to buy a flattening jig and router bit to get this board flat and it worked great! I had some difficulty getting the board flat but after some finagling I got it worked out.

Final glue up of the board! The next steps I did was flattening and trimming to size.
