We tell all homeowners we speak with, even if we are not the company they choose for their tree project, to verify insurance coverage of the company they will be working with.

Our prayers go out to this homeowner and hope she gets the resolution and her home fixed.

A Georgia homeowner says Maine’s Tree Service dropped a tree on her home, causing more than $46,500 in damage and failing to make repairs.

🚨 Don’t Ignore Fungus Growing on Your Tree! 🍄🌳

If you notice fungus or mushrooms growing out of cracks in your tree’s trunk, it’s more than just an eyesore—it can be a warning sign of serious internal decay.

Here’s what to watch for:
✅ Fungus growing from the trunk or large limbs
✅ Soft, spongy, or crumbling wood
✅ Deep cracks in the trunk
✅ Hollow-sounding wood when tapped
✅ Dead or falling branches
