It was a good day! I got updates from a client and saw more progress at a house I drew up!

What started as a sunken Living Room became a perfect gathering space for this family!

We raised the floor to meet the Kitchen level (PS: I shared the amazing kitchen transformation a few weeks ago) and what an incredible difference it made to this room!

Sheetrock was installed in place of the paneling, new lighting, new furniture and custom drapes/pillows were added as well as recovering a favorite chair.

The home is so bright, open and filled with new and old pieces that my clients truly love. I always enjoy getting to use so many of my clients treasures when I’m staging their home!

Today has been BUSY! Three different Flooring and tile appointments PLUS new Christmas decor!!

I’m still drawing for clients in between my meetings, appointments and other life/work things. More coming up too!

I have been making piles for my clients on different projects to help making selections easier.

I had a large pile for one client today and we ended up picking some beautiful fabrics to get her desired Master Bedroom look!

More to do, but what a great start!

I’ve been working on this project for a while. All of my drawings are done, most of the selections have been made, the clients are moved out and it’s time now!
