Happened upon this fabulous Rhubarb Syrup recipe from the 50’s today, so…..

You know I had to! It is delicious and beautiful, too.

Pesticide-free rhubarb from my garden, filtered water, sugar, and lemon juice. That’s it! YUM!!!

Re-opening Sat 6/13/26 at 8 am with fresh batch herbs, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeño peppers!

Re-opening this Saturday June 13th at 8 am with a fresh batch of herbs, tomatoes, and jalapeños!!!

Cherry tomatoes: blueberries indigo blue,  green lucky tiger, pink bumblebee, purple bumblebee, and red 42 day tomato.

Sandestin beefsteak and red plum tomatoes.

Jalapeño peppers.

Everleaf Genevese basil, lemon and Thai basil.

Orange mint and marketer cucumbers.

A few Cuban oregano, lavender, dill,  spearmint, and Egyptian walking onions!

Quantities are limited, so come get yours this weekend!!

Super excited to re-open on June 13th with some fresh cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and basil! If all goes well, I should have some dill, mint, and lavender also.

The cherry tomatoes are blueberries indigo blue, pink bumblebee, purple bumblebee, and green Lucky tiger!

I will have some red 42 day tomatoes and Sandestin beefsteaks.

I have some super fun stuff coming up for the end of planting season! I plan on taking a couple weeks off and Tentative reopening date will be June 13th!

Cherry tomatoes include blueberries indigo blue cherry tomatoes,  pink bumblebee cherry tomatoes, purple bumblebee cherry tomatoes, green Lucky tiger cherry tomatoes,  red 42 Day cherry-type tomato, Everleaf Thai towers, Everleaf lemon Basil, and Everleaf Emerald towers!!!

I have also propagated more of the beautiful, fragrant variegated Cuban oregano, and some garden lavender!

I will post on the Garden Of Lor fb site two days before I put it on marketplace because the quantities are extremely limited!

I thank all of you so much for making organic gardening possible for the whole community!

Update: I just pulled everything off the cart.

I’m trying to close so I can go on vacation, But I will be reopening the middle of June with a fresh batch of plants !!! Hey folks, I’m ready to close shop for a while while! All remaining plants on the farm stand are $1 each!

Mostly tomato plants, a few red Italian grilling peppers, and a few herbs.

Starting green beans like this in the house is so awesome to just kind of turn upside down and separate the roots and plant them up. They have at least a two week Headstart.!!!

This Serrano pepper got the top part of it clipped off, but had a fabulous root system so just plant it anyway! It will come back. It might be a little busier than you wanted, but it’ll still be a good pepper.

This Homestead tomato stem got broke in the wind this morning, but was still semi-attached. So I just planted it really deep!!! it should be fine!

Well, I had 10 of these cute little protector domes so I planted some bell peppers that weren’t looking too hot. Really needed to get in the ground today even though nighttime temps are still under 50, ughhh. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Update: I took the protectors off this morning and they look fabulous!!! too bad I don’t have about 50 more of these.🤣🤣🤣
