We got together to celebrate another birthday! Big 75 for Becky!
She requested her favorite Honey Cake!
This cake is so delicate, tender and moist.
It comes from Eastern Europe, and varies from country to country.
This cake consists of several honey layers and cream filling. Once chilled overnight, it melts in your mouth!

Linzer Cookies are delicious, delicate treat that originated in Austria in 17th century.
They are not overly sweet, melt in your mouth delicate cookies, that will be a star at any celebration.
They can be filled with variety of jams. This one is Lingonberry!

We got together for no reason at all this month! I made Verden Beste or as Norwegians call it The Best Cake in the World! It did not disappoint! And neither did the company!
The Cake is the wonderful light sponge cover with almond meringue and light fluffy cream in the middle! Covered with toasted almonds. It melts in your mouth!
