Hope you are all having a wonderful Summer. Here are the shows we will be attending.

*Saturday July 25th at the Woodland Hometown Market (115 S. Pekin Rd., Woodland, WA). Vendors booths open at 10 am. For more information on this event go to their website Woodland Senior Enrichment Group (www.woodlandseniors.org).

*Saturday August 8th & Sunday August 9th at the Sunflower Festival (17604 NE 182nd. Ave., Brush Prairie, WA). Vendors booths open at 10 am. For more information on this event go their website (www.okeefeflowerfarm.com).

*Saturday August 15th at the Yacolt Community Church (34502 NE Amboy Rd, Yacolt, WA). Vendors booths open at 8:30 am. THE WINDHAVEN RIDE FOR VETERANS. For more information on this event go to their website (https://amboytumtumpost 168.org)

So, mark your calendars and stop by our booth for a surprise discount.

We have already had the Patriotic Runner class, and now it's time for the Crazy Quilt Block Tote. This class is June 4th or 5th. Class will start at 10 am. The cost is $45.75. We are filling the Thursday class first, unless we have a minimum of 3 for Friday. The last class for the Patriotic series is the Bucket Hat and Can Holder. This class is June 18th or 19th. This class is $35.00. We have samples in the studio if you wish to see them and sign up for a class. Please let me know if you are interested in any of the classes. The Thursday class is filling fast. If you take a class and on my mailing list you get to see any of the upcoming classes first before they are on Facebook. Just a little incentive! All you need for any of my classes is a sewing machine, scissors, pins, and of course the good o' ripper. Classes are very structured w/a kit, students are limited to 6 per class, so you can finish your project in class.

I will be posting the rest of the Patriotic Classes tomorrow. I also will be posting my summer show schedule, so maybe you can come to one and check out the new items I'm carrying in the gift shop. Remember the gift shop is open Monday through Thursday 10 am to 2 pm. If I'm not in the shop my Hoot Owl Security will let me know your there or please come to the studio door. Right now, I'm working hard on projects for the upcoming shows and spending a lot of time in the studio.

This is the May class and first in my Celebration of America's 250th Anniversary. Class is Thursday the 14th or Friday the 15th. Starts at 10 am to 2 pm. The cost is $40.00 which includes full instructions, kit, and lots of fun. Please let me know either by text (360) 949-0075 or email at my new email address [email protected]. Class is limited to 6 students, with a minimum of 3. The Thursday class has only 2 spots left. You will be learning how to do the Star & Cross Block.

This beautiful quilt was done by one of my customers that made an appointment to use the studios GO fabric cutter and dies for a reasonable price. Thank you Sandy for letting me share your beautiful quilt. If you want to make a project come to live make an appointment with me to create your own. Faster and perfect cuts make your project that much easier and fun.

These are some of the classes I'm working on.

May= Patriotic Runner (This will be a kit)

June= Getting ready to celebrate America's 250th birthday! (2 different classes). These classes will be done in patriotic colors, but you will have your choice in some of the fabrics. Several kits to choose from.
1.) Crazy Quilt Block Tote
2.) Bucket Hat and Can Cozy

July= Christmas In July! These classes are already in kits, and one is ready for you to cut on the cutters. (2 different classes).
1.) Large Oven Mitt & Hanging Kitchen Hand Towel
2.) Small Oven Mitt & Large Bowl Cozy

Times, dates and prices to come. Waiting for more surveys to come in. Some classes will be with a kit and others will be ready for you to learn how to use the cutters. Some classes will have fabric choices, but will be from my studio, not your own staches. If you take a class(s) you will be able to make an appointment that day to come back and cut more out with your own fabrics, especially the Christmas In July projects for 1/2 price.

I've been accepted to the Sunflower Festival. I'll be there August 8th and 9th. More information to come. All so I have a short survey for those that are interested in classes at the studio.
