Sneak peek at what's coming for this Vancouver, WA kitchen and main level remodel. 👀

The moment it all came together on the board I knew this one was going to be INCREDIBLE.

Accessible Beige cabinetry, Portico Cream quartz, Sand Dollar backsplash tile, honey bronze hardware, and LVP flooring that ties the whole main level together. Every piece was chosen to work hard for a busy family while still feeling elevated and intentional.

The after photos cannot come soon enough.

Hi, I'm Brandi. 👋

I didn't exactly take the traditional path into interior design. I have a background in HR and human relations, spent 10 years in corporate business development, and somewhere in the middle of all that realized I needed more creativity in my life and really, really wanted to build something of my own.

I have a background in HR and human relations, spent 10 years in corporate business development, and somewhere in the middle of all that, realized I needed more creativity in my life and really, really wanted to build something of my own.

Brandiwine Interior Design is all about hard surface selections — tile, countertops, flooring, cabinetry, paint for residential remodels, new builds, and commercial projects. The whole process takes less than three months, and on average, my clients spend about 15 hours total on decisions. Not 15 hours a weekend. Total.

You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. You don't need to apologize for your budget, your timeline, or the fact that life is happening around you. You just need to be honest about what's working, what isn't, and what you're hoping will feel different once this project is done.

The people I work best with don't need their designer to look like they walked off a magazine shoot. They need someone who gets that real life is messy, that good design supports how you actually live, and that you shouldn't have to put on a show for your ideas to be taken seriously.

We're in the thick of this multi-room project that's giving us all the good feelings. The kitchen is most certainly 💃Chef's kiss. But there's more coming that I can't wait to show you.

We've locked down tile selections, and made sure every choice works for how this family actually lives (not just how it photographs). Because a beautiful space should function for REAL life.

I was recently featured in Apartment Therapy talking about tile trends homeowners regret, and the honest answer surprised a lot of people. It's almost never about the tile being too bold or too safe. It's about choosing something because it was everywhere online, not because it actually felt right for your home, your counters, your life.

I had a client who loved a simple creamy handmade tile for months. Then she saw a friend's trendy patterned backsplash and panicked, am I being too boring?

So we laid everything out. The patterned tile was fun. But when she looked at that warm, soft handmade tile, she lit up. I told her, look at your face right now. That's the tile. Three years later she still loves it every single day.
