πŸͺ„ Ingredients
Finely chopped Spinach (Palak)

Boiled Potato – mashed

Onion – finely chopped

Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) – chopped

Green Chilli – finely chopped

Garlic Paste

Gram Flour (Besan)

Salt – to taste

Crushed Coriander Seeds

Lemon Juice

Baking Soda – a small pinch

Oil – for deep frying

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Method
First, add the chopped spinach to a mixing bowl.

Add the mashed boiled potato and mix well.

Now add chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chilli, garlic paste, and gram flour.

Add salt to taste, crushed coriander seeds, a small pinch of baking soda, and lemon juice.

Mix everything thoroughly to make a slightly thick batter.

Heat oil in a deep pan (kadhai).

Make small fritters (pakodas) from the mixture and fry on medium heat until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

πŸƒ Serve With
Serve hot Palak Aloo Pakodas with green chutney or tomato sauce.
