Building or renovating? Call your designer first! This is the magic recipe for a successful project: Interior Designer → Architect → Builder.
When your designer's at the table from day one, they can collaborate with the architect and builder so there are fewer surprises, fewer costly changes, and a home where every structural detail is considered before the pretty things. It also means we can design the house and your builder's numbers can be based on the actual materials, not made up allowances (that will give you sticker shock later). Once you go to permitting, there are things we can't weigh in on without significant delays or cost so involving your designer at the start makes for a much smoother and stronger team!
