How do I come up with my craft ideas? 🤔😂
Honestly… most of them start with a trip to Dollar Tree and end with my craft desk looking like a tornado had a disagreement with a ribbon factory. 🌪️🎀🤣
I usually see one little item and think, “Oh, I could do something with that!” Then out come the fabric scraps, lace, ribbon, twine, beads, paint, scissors, and every supply I own. Before I know it, there’s a pile on the table that looks like absolutely nothing… and somehow my brain says, “Yep, we’re onto something!” 🤦🏼♀️😂
My creative process is basically:
1️⃣ Buy random item at Dollar Tree.
2️⃣ Make a giant mess.
3️⃣ Stare at the mess.
4️⃣ Move things around.
5️⃣ Make an even bigger mess.
6️⃣ Have a snack. 🍪
7️⃣ Suddenly get an idea. 💡
8️⃣ Hope for the best. 🤣
The funny thing is, my desk usually looks the worst right before a project comes together!
