Design is more than what we see. It’s how we feel🧘😌

This beautiful green glass vase brings such a fresh, uplifting energy into the room. Even in spaces that lack natural light or outdoor views, strategic color choices can completely shift the mood. Green is scientifically proven to promote calm, relieve stress, and reduce anxiety, essential ingredients for a truly supportive wellbeing interior. Additionally, glass materials and home decor objects with curved or arched shapes are also proven to reduce stress.
As a specialist in Holistic Universal Interior Design, I use my certification in the Psychology of Art and Colors to help people elevate their quality of living through intentional, thoughtful design.

Here are some tips for you to transform your home into a space that truly loves you back!
Ever heard of Holistic Universal Design? It is the ultimate way to set up your space, focusing on two main things: making it accessible for everyone and supportive of your mental and physical health.

Here is how you can bring those good vibes into your own room or home📝
・Bring nature inside: Houseplants, natural light, and wooden textures aren't just pretty, they actually lower stress and boost your mood.
・Comfort is key: Choose a setup and furniture that support your posture. If you're comfortable, you have more energy.
・Easy for everyone: Think lever door handles instead of round k***s, wider walkways, and smart lighting. It makes life easier for you, your grandparents, and any guests.
・Color your mood: Use calming blues and greens where you want to chill, and brighter colors where you want to get creative.

At the end of the day, design shouldn't just look good, it should make you feel good. Our interior design concept combines holistic and universal design with Japanese design principles.

Did you know that the most dangerous, injury-prone area in a house is actually the bathtub and shower?
This hidden risk isn't just for older adults, it happens to younger adults and kids as well. Slipping accidents can happen to anyone, regardless of age or physical health. Usually, it comes down to slippery flooring, a lack of grab bars, tight spaces, or poor lighting.
When an interior designer plans a bathroom, we don't just think about aesthetics. We carefully select the materials, lighting, colors, and layouts to ensure the space is beautiful, functional, easy to clean, and, most importantly, safe for everyone.🛁

Happy Mood Board Monday! This week’s mood board is inspired by the March color of the month, Aquamarine Blue. About 60% of the palette uses this calming blue tone, paired with three complementary colors to create breezy marine vibes and a warm, peaceful atmosphere at the same time. Natural wood and soft velvet materials help keep the space feeling cozy, even with a cool color palette.
Enjoy this week’s board!
