Most people think about the cost of hiring a designer. Not as many think about the cost of not hiring one. 🫣

Re-ordering tile that came in the wrong finish. Furniture that photographs beautifully and lives terribly. A renovation that stalled because nobody caught the conflict between the plumbing and the cabinet layout until it was too late…

The oversized glass, the marble-look walls, the built-in bench, the handheld fixture, the rain head, and the dark hardware all work together to make this feel luxe and functional.

There's a version of "beautiful" that feels completely inhabitable, and a version that makes you want to kick your shoes off and stay.

The difference is almost always warmth. Not a color or a material specifically, but a quality: the layering, the texture, the feel that someone made real decisions about what they wanted to feel inside this space every single day.

A perfect home is something you can see. A warm home is something you feel, usually within the first few seconds. :)
