I've teamed up with StruXure Outdoors (www.struxure.com) to offer a great new product (it's actually been around since 2011) - an opening Louvered Roof! What's that you ask? Well, it's a roof! Only it opens when you want sunshine, a view of the Big Sky, or a look at the stars, yet it closes automatically when it starts to rain, with the louvers locking together and shedding the water to the built in 360 degree rain gutters. And, if it's TOO hot out, or you just want shade, angle the louvers or close them altogether to block the sun. Properly installed, this roof is hurricane rated! And, it can hold 40-50 lbs/ft of snow too, or can be set to open automatically when temps fall near freezing, to let the snow fall through! Your outdoor living, dining or kitchen space can now be used even when the weather isn't perfect!
